Sponsorships

By sponsoring the Incubator System and its clients, you will positively impact the technology business base in the Hampton Roads region and have the opportunity to find new customers, create strong partnerships, and identify new investment opportunities.

Clients typically build long-term loyalty arrangements with generous sponsors who care enough about their success to be involved and contribute.  Word-of-mouth advertising in an incubator environment is swift and other clients and incubator associates will use a sponsor that has provided quality work.

As a nonprofit, the Hampton Roads Technology Incubator System relies on both monetary and in-kind contributions from organizations and individuals to achieve its goal.

You can help and benefit by becoming a partner through one of these sponsorship options:

Incubator Resources ($500)

The Incubator System provides the opportunity for companies to investigate and form partnerships and joint endeavors with our clients and associates, as well as resources for clients to accomplish their mission. 

As an Incubator Resource you will:

get exposure to incubator clients,
            
receive invitations to select mixers, 
           
access to the Incubator’s client contact list,
            individual or corporate bio on appropriate webpage, and
unlimited tickets to client graduations

Client Sponsor ($3,000)

An emerging company typically faces elevated fiscal costs, some of which the Incubator System minimizes for its clients.  As a Client Sponsor, you can directly impact a business and strengthen the strands of a potential long-term associate.

As a Client Sponsor, you will:

get exposure to incubator clients,
            
receive invitations to select mixers, 
           
access to the Incubator’s client contact list,
            individual or corporate bio on appropriate webpage,
mention in client summary on incubator website,
sponsored client(s) press release mention by client,
sponsored client(s) press release mention by HTI, JCCTI, or HRTIS,
unlimited tickets to client graduations,
exposure on sponsored client(s) literature,
client status reports,
on-request detailed summaries of client's business progress,
NBIA and VBIA access, and
membership in the Hampton Roads Technology Council (not valid for Tech Partners)
  

New Technology Advocate ($10,000)

From Aerospace to Medical Care, from sensors to emitters, there is new technology in garages and corporate offices throughout Hampton Roads that are coming to the Incubator System in an endeavor to make mainstream.  As a New Technology Advocate, you can help in that process.

As a New Technology Advocate, you will:

receive a seat on the HRTIS Board of Advisors,
            be the excusive sponsor in this category,

get exposure to incubator clients,
            
receive invitations to select mixers, 
           
access to the Incubator’s client contact list,
            individual or corporate bio on appropriate webpage,
sponsored client(s) press release mention by HTI, JCCTI, or HRTIS,
unlimited tickets to client graduations,
client status reports,
client update meetings,
listing as a New Technology Advocate in HRTIS newsletters and literature,
            hyperlink from hrtis.org to company website
            opportunity to renew Advocate status at originating rate indefinitely,
            NBIA and VBIA access,

            
corporate membership in the Hampton Roads Technology Council,
discounted advertising in the HRTC newsletter, and
HRTC Partner Level with all associated benefits of a Silver-Level Tech Partner
 

 Incubator Patron ($15,000)

The Incubator System operates individual incubators throughout Hampton Roads and offers cross-functionality and mobility of its resources for Incubator clients. As an Incubator Patron, you can direct funding and in-kind contributions to a specific incubator without limiting clients’ access to the benefits of the contribution.

As an Incubator

Patron, you will:

receive a seat on the HRTIS Board of Advisors,
            be the excusive sponsor in this category,

get exposure to incubator clients,
            
receive invitations to select mixers, 
           
access to the Incubator’s client contact list,
            individual or corporate bio on appropriate webpage,
sponsored client(s) press release mention by HTI, JCCTI, or HRTIS,
unlimited tickets to client graduations,
client status reports,
client update meetings,
listing as a Incubator Patron all HRTIS communications,
            company profile on HRTIS website,
            hyperlink from hrtis.org to company website,
            opportunity to renew Patron status at originating rate indefinitely,
            prominent main page web exposure at HRTIS.org,
on-request detailed summaries of client's business progress,
on-request detailed summaries of new client technologies,
opportunity to display banner and literature at incubator events,
            mention during ALL HRTIS presentation to various audiences,
NBIA and VBIA access,
corporate membership in the Hampton Roads Technology Council,
discounted advertising in the HRTC newsletter, and
HRTC Partner Level with all associated benefits of a Gold-Level Tech Partner
 
 
Funding Sponsor ($75,000)
 
The Incubator System reaches clients, businesses, and associates throughout Hampton Roads and offers avenues to expand businesses, networking connections, and partnerships. It fosters and encourages new ventures and entrepreneurial development. As a Funding Sponsor you can move forward the Incubator System’s mission to help entrepreneurs build successful companies in Hampton Roads.

As a

Funding Sponsor, you will:

*Contributions or gifts to the Hampton Roads Technology Incubator System or the Hampton Roads Technology Council are not deductible as charitable contributions; however they may be tax deductable as ordinary and necessary business expenses.
