Counseling

In cooperation with the College of William & Mary and Strategic Deployment Systems Inc., we identify business’ strengths and weaknesses and get you connected with resources that will work with you on achieving milestones.

Training

The Incubator System offers seminars and classes that are taught by industry leaders, experts with ample field knowledge, and entrepreneurial peers.

Many of our training opportunities are through partnerships with the Hampton Roads Technology Council, College of William and Mary, SCORE – counselors to America’s Small Businesses; and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

Networking

Networking is a key in successful business management. The Incubator System offers a monthly Mix-N-Mingle, an after-hours networking forum for success-oriented professionals from Hampton Roads and surrounding areas; access to the Hampton Roads Technology Council’s monthly Critical Mass, a monthly happy hour that draws the best of the Hampton Roads technology crowd; as well as networking opportunities as the educational seminars and trainings.
