Today Mr. Copenhaver is the CEOof the Disaster Recovery Institute the global certifying body for businesscontinuity professionals.

No refunds shall be given should rain or any other condition create a cancellation or suspension of the Ultra Open play on Friday afternoon.
Registration and Payment
All attendees must have a paid registration to enter an event. Invoicing must be requested well in advance of an event so that payment can be made prior to that event. Registration will close 48 hours prior to an event. HRTC must sign venue contracts and provide attendance guarantees based on registration counts. Walk-ins will not be accepted at most events, particularly sold out events. Once registration is closed and when walk-ins are accepted, an additional fee will be assessed.
Sell Outs
Should an event be sold out, you can be added to a waiting list by e-mailing your contact information, the event in question and the number of tickets requested to info@hrtc.org. Requests will be time-stamped and filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Only e-mail requests will secure a spot on the waiting list – phone calls will not be accepted.
Registration Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@hrtc.org more than two business days in advance in order to receive a refund. No-shows will not receive refunds.
