In some cases, the point-of-contact listed in the subcontracting plan changes after SBA adds the company to the directory. SBA is not automatically notified of such changes; and therefore, at any point in time, some of the information in this directory may be incorrect. SBA updates the directory on a regular basis and makes necessary changes when an incorrect listing is brought to its attention.

In FY96, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, began exploring the feasibility of using the Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) complex to enhance Naval aviation operator training. By the end of FY97, the scope expanded to include not only Naval (USN and USMC) training, but Joint Warfighters, including the Army and Air Force. In addition, Aberdeen Test Center and Ft. A.P. Hill joined the effort, and Federal Facilities Coordinator (FFC) endorsed the concept of a Chesapeake Regional Ranges Cooperative (CRRC). Federal Procurement Data System
FPDS is the central repository of statistical information on federal contracting. The system currently collects detailed information on contract actions over $2,500 and purchase card data on procurements of less than $2,500.

Seaport-ePortal.com contains the history of the Seaport-e contract and all files available for download to the Seaport-e prime contract holders and their subcontractors. This ePortal also provides a team member matching tool to identify potential teammates to Seaport-e primes by Zone and Functional Area to dramatically speed the teaming process. Prime holders also have the additional opportunity to search the advertiser’s index to locate potential team members.
