• 4/14/08
  • Need to identify the future workforce needs. The youth need to be engaged to increase the awareness of local job opportunities. Curriculum for marine applications has been increased at the local high schools and colleges, including the potential for expanded opportunities on the Peninsula. Need to identify other skill/career opportunities, such as welding, in the area.

  • Matthew is working with the committee in regards to apprentice and internships. David Burt is assisting. STEM emphasis for K-18.
