  • Coordinate Hampton Roads educational and workforce training providers to meet the workforce needs of the defense and homeland security businesses
  • Raise the national and international awareness of the defense and homeland security businesses and market the area as "Pentagon South"
  • Market the area as a location for expansion of defense and homeland security businesses located outside of the region
